TwinHit Dual-level Standalone Progressive

Orion’s TwinHit™ Dual-level Standalone Progressive takes video reel games to the next level.  By providing players with an additional exciting game element, TwinHit offers two more ways to earn a great prize!  TwinHit is standard on all Orion Video Reel games.

How does it work?

The two progressive levels are Gold and Platinum.  The reset values for the the Gold and Platinum jackpots are defined by a fixed multiplier. For example, with a 1c machine, the  reset value for the Gold jackpot is $10, while it is $20 for a 2c machine. The maximum level of both jackpots is also defined. With a 1c machine, the maximum level of the Gold jackpot is always $25, while with a 2c machine, it is $50.

When the game is first booted up and after a jackpot is awarded, a random value between the minimum and maximum jackpot level is defined. When a player's wager pushes the jackpot equal or over this defined level, the player is awarded that jackpot, and a new jackpot level is selected.

Jackpot values increment at a specified percentage of coin in, regardless of the number of bets and lines.

The table below provides an example of the jackpot amounts and increment for a $0.01 denomination. When a higher denomination is selected, the below values increase relatively.
